  • Passport Photos (35mm x 45mm, white background)
  • Flight Itinerary (round-trip ticket or travel booking)
  • Proof of Accommodation (hotel booking, rental agreement, or invitation letter)
  • Proof of Financial Means (bank statements, pay slips, or sponsorship letter)
  • Travel Medical Insurance (minimum coverage as per country regulations)

Schedule a Visa Appointment

Step 06

Collect Your Visa & Travel to Your Destination

  • Your passport will have the visa sticker attached
  • Verify entry/exit dates & visa validity

If Denied:

  • You will receive a refusal letter with reasons
  • You may appeal the decision or reapply after corrections
